Perhaps we can invite lecturers, teachers? Lots of lawyers "fail" all the yime when case falter in court - or do they? If justice is to be done a barrister/lawyer has to fail at every turn. My favourite teeshirt is a Peanuts one, which says 'Peanuts featuring Good Ol Charlie Brown. He is a good guy, and we like people who keep trying but never succeed. No one likes a smart arse as they say. But how will we feel about Andy Murray if he wins Wimbledon. Also the one thing I remember about an NLP course I went on was: "No failure, only feedback"!
