And his most famous, of which there are many variations:

- I have not failed 700 times. I have not failed once. I have succeeded in proving that those 700 ways will not work.
- If I find 10,000 ways something won’t work, I haven’t failed. I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.
